The Ganoderma mushroom has been in use for centuries for the promotion of good health and longevity and treatment of cancer, diabetes and viral infections, and has been termed as "Mushroom of Immortality."
A standardized technology on organic cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum and harvest of fruit bodies within a short span of time of 30–55 days (covering 3 harvests) as compared to the normal 90–180 days was developed. Various formulations such as Gano tea, Gano capsules and Gano tonic were prepared from the fruit bodies. The antioxidant potential, anticancer properties, antibacterial activity and the biochemical properties of Ganoderma lucidum were tested and validated by accredited National and International laboratories.
