Shri A.M.M. Murugappa Chettiar Research Centre (MCRC) is a non- profit research organization established in 1973. It is registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860 and recognized by DSIR (Department of Scientific and Industrial Research) Government of India. Also, registered with Ministry of Home Affairs under Foreign Contribution Regulation Act 2010 (FCRA).

Rural Impact



Outreach team closely works with small and marginal farmers, NGOs, SHGs and communities of various clusters viz., Anaikatti, Karaikudi, Kurinjipadi, Tiruvallur, Ulundurpet and Vadakadambadi in Tamil Nadu for the implementation of our technologies and solutions. Also expanding our technologies to other states through NGOs and partners.
